Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruiter to join our healthcare recruitment team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sourcing and placing medical professionals and will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes while also contributing to business development efforts within the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the recruitment process for healthcare positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing top talent.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, clinics, hospitals, and medical organizations.
- Leverage an established network within the healthcare sector to identify and attract high-quality candidates.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth recruitment process and excellent candidate experience.
- Proactively seek new business development opportunities within the healthcare industry to expand the client base.
- Track and report on recruitment performance, including key metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate quality, and client satisfaction.
- Support clients in retaining and engaging placed candidates, ensuring a positive ongoing relationship.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare recruitment.
- Strong network and connections within the healthcare sector.
- Proven experience in recruiting medical professionals across various specialties.
- Excellent candidate management skills and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry.
- Strong business development capabilities with a results-driven approach.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close high-value recruitment deals.
