Role Summary: Seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving business growth and building client relationships, particularly in the healthcare sector with a focus on radio-diagnostic services and health promotion.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and pitches for business development.
- Train and monitor the sales team across branches.
- Create regional sales plans and quotas.
- Monitor industry activities and develop competitive strategies.
- Identify new marketing campaign opportunities.
- Provide regular reports and analyses to management.
- Discuss and introduce innovative services based on business trends.
- Facilitate marketing programs and advertising campaigns.
- Represent the company at industry events.
- Manage relationships with strategic partners such as other medical facilities and HMOs.
- Research and analyze business improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- B.Sc. in Marketing or related field, with strong knowledge in the Healthcare/Radio-diagnostic sector.
- Master’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field is an advantage.
- 7-10 years’ experience in business development and sales.
- Proven track record in the sector.
- Ability to communicate and influence effectively at all organizational levels.
- Strong business acumen and industry expertise.
- Excellent mentoring and people management skills.
