Role Summary:
As a Sales Representative for our client’s retail company, you will be responsible for driving sales and promoting eco-friendly and sustainable consumer goods to customers. You will play a key role in building and maintaining relationships with clients, achieving sales targets, and contributing to the company’s growth and success.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and prospect potential customers, including individuals, businesses, and institutions, to promote eco-friendly and sustainable consumer products.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of the company’s products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing customers, providing excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue generation.
- Prepare and negotiate sales contracts and agreements with customers, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable and in line with company policies.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, logistics, and customer service, to coordinate sales activities and resolve customer issues or concerns.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales performance metrics, and provide regular reports to management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the retail industry.
- Knowledge of eco-friendly and sustainable consumer products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and customer service orientation, with a passion for achieving targets and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
