Role Summary:
As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all pharmaceutical products meet regulatory requirements and quality standards. Your role is crucial in maintaining product safety and efficacy while ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
- Conduct audits and inspections of manufacturing processes, facilities, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
- Review and approve documentation related to product manufacturing, testing, and release.
- Investigate quality issues and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Provide training to staff on quality assurance practices and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Biology, or related field.
- Proven experience in quality assurance in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements such as GMP, GLP, and ISO standards.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
