Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Portfolio Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing investment portfolios, including selecting and managing assets to meet clients’ financial objectives. This role involves analyzing financial data, assessing investment opportunities, and optimizing portfolio performance while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and adhering to the company’s investment strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Portfolio Management:
- Develop and implement tailored investment strategies for both individual and institutional clients, ensuring alignment with their financial goals and risk tolerance.
- Regularly monitor and adjust portfolios based on market trends, economic shifts, and changes in client objectives.
- Conduct frequent portfolio reviews and rebalance assets to ensure continued alignment with client goals and market developments.
- Mobilize funds for the organization in alignment with investment strategies.
Investment Research & Analysis:
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis, including reviewing financial statements, market trends, and economic indicators to uncover potential investment opportunities.
- Perform comprehensive due diligence on various assets such as stocks, bonds, mutual funds, real estate, and other investment vehicles.
- Stay updated on global financial markets and industry trends to ensure informed decision-making.
Client Relationship Management:
- Engage closely with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.
- Provide clear, regular updates and reports to clients, explaining portfolio performance and any adjustments made.
- Apply a strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations to guide portfolio decisions.
Analytical & Reporting Skills:
- Demonstrate the ability to analyze complex financial data and provide actionable insights to clients and stakeholders.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and maintain comprehensive records.
- Exhibit strong organizational skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
Communication Skills:
- Convey complex financial information clearly through excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and clients.
Ethics & Integrity:
- Uphold the highest standards of ethical conduct and financial integrity.
- Handle sensitive financial data with the utmost confidentiality.
Qualifications:
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields.
- MBA or a Master’s degree in Finance or a related field is preferred.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years in portfolio/fund management, investment analysis, or a similar role.
- Must be registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) as a fund and portfolio manager.
- Proven success in managing investment portfolios and delivering consistent results in an asset management setting.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market trends.
- In-depth knowledge of various asset classes, including equities, fixed income, and alternative investments.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients and stakeholders.

- Proficiency in financial modeling, portfolio management software, and other relevant tools.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
