Role Summary:
As a Medical Science Liaison, you will serve as a key link between pharmaceutical companies and healthcare professionals, providing scientific expertise and support to ensure the appropriate use of medical products.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs).
- Provide scientific and medical information to healthcare professionals on company products.
- Educate healthcare professionals on disease states, treatment options, and clinical data.
- Support clinical research activities by providing input on study design and protocol development.
- Attend medical conferences and symposia to stay updated on the latest developments in medical science.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, sales, and regulatory affairs.
Requirements:
- Advanced degree in a scientific or medical field (e.g., PharmD, MD, PhD).
- Proven experience as a Medical Science Liaison or a related role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodology and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
