Position Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team in Lagos Mainland. The successful candidate will have a strong background in medical equipment sales, specifically in laboratory or hospital equipment, and a proven track record in achieving sales targets. You will be responsible for territory management, client relationship building, and promoting our products to medical professionals and institutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage sales activities within the Lagos Mainland territory, driving revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and laboratories.
- Conduct product demonstrations to prospective clients and provide in-depth knowledge of medical equipment.
- Achieve sales targets by effectively promoting and selling products within your designated territory.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
- Regularly report on sales performance and market trends to the management team.
- Stay updated on industry developments and medical product innovations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, specifically in laboratory or hospital equipment, or HMO.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare products.
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent relationship-building skills with a client-focused approach.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
