Role Summary:
As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and staff, providing excellent customer service and administrative support.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients, visitors, and staff in a courteous and professional manner.
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Schedule appointments and manage the appointment calendar.
- Register patients and verify insurance information.
- Collect co-payments and payments for services rendered.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a customer service role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
