Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated, smart, and professional female to join our client’s eye clinic in Ikeja as a Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience for all visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service to patients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment bookings, reschedules, and cancellations.
- Ensure that the clinic environment is neat and welcoming at all times.
- Maintain patient records and data, ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
- Assist in administrative duties such as managing phone calls, emails, and front desk operations.
- Provide basic information regarding the clinic’s services and eye care procedures.
- Ensure that the clinic’s policies and procedures are followed consistently.
Requirements:
- Female (Preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in an eye clinic or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints professionally and efficiently.
- Smart, well-groomed, and presentable.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain calm under pressure.
