Role Summary:
As a Clinical Research Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in facilitating clinical trials by coordinating and managing various aspects of research projects to ensure compliance with protocols and regulations.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of clinical research projects, including study initiation, monitoring, and close-out.
- Develop and maintain study documentation, including protocol, informed consent forms, and case report forms.
- Recruit and enroll study participants according to protocol criteria.
- Collect and record study data accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Communicate regularly with study sponsors, investigators, and study team members.
- Ensure compliance with study protocols, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and regulatory guidelines.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Nursing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences).
- Proven experience in clinical research coordination or a related role.
- Knowledge of clinical research regulations and guidelines.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data collection and documentation.
