Role Summary:
As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the branch, driving business growth, and ensuring excellent customer service. You will lead a team of employees to achieve performance targets and uphold the values and standards of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the branch, including staff scheduling, customer service, and sales activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Monitor branch performance against targets and KPIs, taking corrective action as needed.
- Lead, motivate, and coach branch staff to achieve their goals and deliver exceptional service.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, stakeholders, and the community.
- Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Prepare and submit reports on branch performance, sales activities, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement cross-selling initiatives and promotions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in branch management or a similar leadership role in the financial services industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets and driving business growth.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
