Job Description:
Our Client is looking for an experienced Admin/HR Manager (Female) to join its team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for both human resources and the hospitality industry, particularly in a beach resort setting. As an Admin/HR Manager, you will manage administrative functions, oversee HR processes, and utilize social media to boost internal communication, engage with employees, and enhance the resort’s brand presence. Key Responsibilities:
- HR Management:
- Lead recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding for new hires.
- Administer HR policies and ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Handle employee relations and provide guidance on HR issues.
- Maintain confidential and accurate employee records.
- Employee Engagement & Development:
- Design and implement training and development programs to support staff growth.
- Foster a positive company culture that promotes teamwork, respect, and employee satisfaction.
- Manage performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
- Administrative Functions:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Handle payroll and benefits administration in collaboration with the finance team.
- Manage office supplies, facilities, and other operational duties.
- Social Media Management:
- Actively manage and maintain the resort’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, etc.) to promote the brand and engage with both employees and potential guests.
- Use social media platforms for internal communication, employee recognition, and company announcements.
- Compliance & Reporting:
- Ensure the resort’s operations are compliant with all local labor laws and HR best practices.
- Prepare reports for senior management on HR metrics, employee performance, and training outcomes.
Requirements:
- Gender: Female
- Experience: 3-5 years in HR and administrative management, preferably in the hospitality or resort industry.
- Qualification: Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Social Media Proficiency: Strong experience in managing social media accounts for business or brand visibility, particularly within the hospitality or resort sector.
- HR Knowledge: In-depth understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and office administration.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a flair for engaging content creation.
- Organizational Skills: Strong ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, HR software, and social media tools.
- Confidentiality: Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
- Hospitality Experience: Previous experience in a beach resort or hospitality setting is a significant advantage.
