The Role
We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven Recruiter to join our growing team in Lagos. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with prestigious clients across various industries while contributing to Africa’s professional landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to placement
- Source and screen candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and professional networks
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments and interviews
- Build and maintain talent pipelines across different industries
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams throughout the recruitment process
- Manage candidate relationships and provide excellent candidate experience
- Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate database records
- Contribute to process improvements and best practices
- Support client meetings and presentations when needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an agency setting
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices
- Excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Proficiency in using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proven track record of successful placements
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with multiple industries (healthcare, technology, oil & gas)
- Knowledge of the Nigerian job market and industry trends
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
- Experience with CRM systems and recruitment analytics
- Professional certification in recruitment or HR (e.g., CIPM, SHRM)

Location
This is a full-time, onsite position based at our office in Ikosi road, Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos.
