We are seeking a highly skilled and professional HR Generalist with 5-8 years of experience in the banking sector to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment processes including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding new hires within the banking sector.
- Administer employee relations, ensuring that all staff concerns and inquiries are addressed in a timely manner.
- Oversee performance management processes, including appraisals, feedback, and career development programs.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with organizational goals.
- Manage employee records and HR documentation, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Support compensation and benefits management, ensuring employee satisfaction and retention.
- Organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Provide guidance to managers on HR-related matters, including disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement.
- Ensure the company’s HR practices comply with local labor laws and regulations.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 5-8 years of experience as an HR Generalist, with significant experience in the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training, and performance management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee information.
- Must be well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be smart, presentable, and professional.
- Ready to resume immediately.
