Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team in Ogun. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing, with experience in selling products such as gensets, solar systems, CCTV, transformers, and more. The role requires excellent communication and negotiation skills to convince potential customers and meet sales targets. A passion for achieving goals and working within a team-oriented environment is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and generate new business opportunities to promote and sell products such as gensets, solar systems, CCTV, transformers, etc.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Engage in product demonstrations, presentations, and negotiations to close sales.
- Provide customers with detailed product information and offer tailored solutions based on their needs.
- Conduct regular market research to understand customer preferences and industry trends.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, reports, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Attend training sessions to stay informed about new products and industry developments.
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and resolve any product-related concerns or issues.
Key Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling technical products like gensets, solar systems, CCTV, transformers, etc.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation, persuasion, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Driving experience is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle objections.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build long-term relationships.
