Job Overview:
The Recruitment Intern will support our Recruitment Team in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles across different industries. This internship will provide you with valuable experience in talent acquisition, enhancing your recruitment skills and understanding of the hiring process. You will work closely with experienced recruitment professionals, contributing to the success of our team by identifying top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Review resumes and applications, and conduct initial screening of candidates.
- Support the team in building and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
- Interview Coordination:
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Ensure timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Database Management:
- Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Organize and track applications to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
- Job Posting and Advertising:
- Post job openings on job boards, social media, and other relevant platforms.
- Assist in creating job advertisements that effectively attract top talent.
- Administrative Support:
- Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and tracking key metrics.
- Assist with day-to-day recruitment activities and special projects as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with online recruitment tools.
