Role Summary:
As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth for the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Track and report on sales performance and market trends.
  • Provide input into product development and marketing strategies.
  • Travel to client sites as needed to support business development efforts.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in business development or a similar role.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of the IT industry and technology solutions is a plus.
