Role Summary:
As a Marketing Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote Sabi Finance Microbank’s products and services. You will work closely with the marketing team to execute campaigns, generate leads, and enhance brand awareness.
Responsibilities:
- Develop marketing plans and strategies to achieve business objectives and targets.
- Identify target markets and customer segments and develop targeted marketing campaigns.
- Create compelling marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
- Manage social media accounts and online platforms to engage with customers and promote brand visibility.
- Coordinate advertising and promotional activities, including print, radio, and digital campaigns.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and trends.
- Plan and execute events, workshops, and seminars to educate and attract potential customers.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics and provide reports and insights to management.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales tools and support materials.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in marketing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketing or a similar role in the financial services industry.
- Strong creative and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a track record of achieving targets.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, and customer needs is an advantage.
