Role Summary:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing exceptional service and support to address their inquiries and concerns. You will play a key role in building positive relationships with customers and ensuring their satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and account details.
- Assist customers with account opening, loan applications, and transactions.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Stay updated on company policies, products, and promotions.
- Adhere to customer service standards and performance targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in any field.
- Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of banking and financial services is an advantage.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
