Role Summary:
As a Sales Representative at our client’s company, you will be responsible for promoting and selling products or services to customers. You will identify potential customers, present product features and benefits, negotiate sales terms, and ensure customer satisfaction to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify leads and prospects through cold calling, networking, and referrals, and develop relationships with potential customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Present and demonstrate product features and benefits to customers, answer questions, address objections, and overcome barriers to purchase to close sales and achieve sales targets.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and tactics to drive revenue growth, including prospecting new business opportunities, upselling and cross-selling to existing customers, and following up on leads and inquiries.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and internal stakeholders, and provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations to customers, negotiate sales terms and agreements, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products or services and fulfillment of customer orders.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback, and provide insights and recommendations to management on product development, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to optimize sales performance and market competitiveness.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales transactions in CRM software, and generate reports and forecasts to track progress towards sales goals and objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; additional certifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry or role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and influence buying decisions.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to overcome objections and close sales.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for sales and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
