Role Summary:
As a Production Manager, you will oversee all aspects of pharmaceutical manufacturing operations, ensuring that production processes are efficient, cost-effective, and compliant with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement production plans to meet production targets and customer demand.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including manufacturing, quality assurance, and supply chain to ensure smooth production operations.
- Monitor production processes and identify areas for improvement to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements such as GMP and safety standards.
- Manage and develop production staff, providing training and guidance as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience in pharmaceutical production management.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and quality systems.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
