We currently seek a skilled and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our client’s team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively, and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and social media
- Manage and resolve customer complaints
- Keep records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints
- Process orders, forms, applications, and requests
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments
Requirements:
- Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
