We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Practice Manager to join our team and help drive the continued success and growth of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and implement efficient workplace protocols to ensure smooth operations.
  • Ensure adherence to industry standards, best practices, and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee the hiring, training, and monitoring of administrative personnel.
  • Supervise daily operational activities, including billing, debt collections, security, and occupational health and safety.
  • Monitor facility performance and patient turnaround time (TAT) to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Oversee inventory management of medical supplies and equipment, coordinating resupply as needed.
  • Address patient concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Organize and facilitate regular staff meetings and performance reviews.
  • Collaborate with physicians and the business development team to create strategies for growth and improvement.
  • Use strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively liaise with physicians, medical professionals, office staff, and patients.
  • Display leadership in setting goals, motivating teams, and ensuring proper staff training and development.
  • Demonstrate expertise in healthcare finance, ensuring compliance with industry best practices and financial standards.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of health and safety standards within the healthcare industry.
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and innovations to ensure the business remains competitive and relevant.
  • Provide management with detailed performance reports on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
  • Participate in management discussions regarding emerging business trends, proposing innovative services and solutions.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, trade shows, and other special engagements.

Requirements:

  • Education: B.Sc. in Healthcare Management or a related field (Master’s in Business Administration or a related field is a plus).
  • Experience: 5-10 years of proven experience in healthcare management, preferably within the radio-diagnostic sector.
  • Strong track record of success and a demonstrated ability to effectively communicate, present, and influence at all organizational levels.
  • Expertise in administrative functions and deep knowledge of healthcare industry best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management abilities.
