We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Senior Matron / Staff Nurse with dual qualifications (RN/RM) to join our healthcare team. Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage nursing teams to deliver comprehensive patient care that aligns with organizational standards, policies, and best practices.
- Clinical Care: Provide direct patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing monitoring of patients’ health conditions.
- Collaborative Care Planning: Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with doctors, specialists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Team Supervision & Development: Supervise and mentor junior nursing staff, providing guidance and fostering their professional development. Cultivate a positive and supportive team culture.

Requirements:
- Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) and Registered Midwife (RM) qualifications (Double Qualified).
- Experience: A minimum of 5 years of nursing experience, including substantial clinical experience in a healthcare setting.
