Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Medical Sales Representative to join the Hope Diagnostics team in Surulere. In this role, the ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Our Client’s cutting-edge medical technologies, specifically related to ART, while ensuring the highest level of customer service to healthcare providers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and nurture long-term relationships with healthcare professionals, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare institutions to promote Hope Diagnostics’ medical products and services.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector and drive sales growth.
  • Provide comprehensive product knowledge and demonstrate the benefits of Hope Diagnostics’ ART technologies to customers.
  • Manage and expand sales within the assigned territory, achieving sales targets and objectives.
  • Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with company goals.
  • Conduct regular meetings with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
  • Stay informed on the latest industry trends, competitor activities, and new medical technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Conduct quarterly performance assessments based on measurable sales targets, customer feedback, and market growth within the assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • A BSc in any Science-related course (preferably in Medical Sciences, Biology, or related fields).
  • A minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in medical sales or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of medical equipment, healthcare products, and the ART field.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Self-motivated with a genuine passion for sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to thrive under pressure and meet targets.

Performance Measurement:
Performance will be reviewed every 3 months, based on:

  • Achievement of sales targets and objectives.
  • Customer satisfaction levels.
  • Overall growth and development within the assigned territory.
