Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Customer Service Executive to join our team in Ikeja, Lagos. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service, solving problems, and creating positive experiences for customers. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues through phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patience while interacting with customers.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and company policies.
- Process customer orders, requests, and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery.
- Monitor customer feedback and suggest improvements to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing role.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle difficult situations and work under pressure.
- Proficient in using customer service software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer queries effectively.
- Female candidates preferred for the role.
- Must be smart, professional, and customer-oriented.
