Position Overview:
We are hiring an experienced and driven Medical Sales Representative for our team in Kaduna. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical equipment sales, particularly in the laboratory or hospital equipment sectors. You will manage sales activities within your region, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue generation by promoting our high-quality medical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow sales within the Kaduna territory, ensuring revenue targets are met.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, laboratories, and other healthcare providers.
  • Provide product demonstrations and offer in-depth technical knowledge to customers.
  • Achieve sales targets through effective marketing and relationship-building efforts.
  • Identify new opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Report on sales progress and market insights to management.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in medical equipment sales, with a focus on laboratory or hospital equipment or HMO.
  • Strong understanding of medical terminology and healthcare solutions.
  • Proven track record of success in sales and achieving targets.
  • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to manage territory and work independently.
